Finding local club opportunities shouldn't mean checking Facebook groups, club websites, Instagram, generalist job platforms and word of mouth. We're building one place where clubs can find great people and coaches can discover opportunities.
ClubSport Connect was built because finding coaching opportunities shouldn't rely on just who you know.
We're changing that.
Three simple steps, whether you're finding a role or filling one.
A snapshot of what's open today.
Jobs are just one part of it. The forum is where the day-to-day happens.
Illustrative examples for now, real member stories will replace these as they come in.
"I emailed my CV to six clubs before I found this. Would've taken one search here."
"We had two volunteer roles sit empty for a season. Posted both here and filled them in a fortnight."
"The forum's actually useful, not just a jobs board with extra steps."
Jobs and the forum are the start, not the whole plan.
No subscriptions, just pay for what you need, when you need it.

I never planned on being a coach. Two season-ending ankle injuries in two years will sort that out for you. With playing off the table, I put my hand up to help out at my local country footy club instead. Dad had been club president for years, so the place was basically my second home growing up anyway. Giving back wasn't really a decision. It was just what you did.
Turns out coaching a bunch of 10 to 13 year olds teaches you a lot more about people than it does about football. The coaches who actually stick in a kid's memory aren't the ones with the best set play. They're the ones who left them more confident than they found them.
In 2022 I packed up and moved from WA to Victoria for a dream job, helping build Hawthorn's first AFLW program. Incredible opportunity. Also a lonely one on the coaching front. I had zero local network, so finding a team of my own to coach meant hours scrolling Facebook groups and club websites with no real idea what was out there, or who to even ask.
Eventually I landed at a club ten minutes from my front door, and two seasons in I properly understood what it means to be connected to the right one. These days I coach an Under 19 Premier side. I got that job the old fashioned way: cold emailing my CV and talking myself up, because nothing better existed.
So I built something better. Every club I've ever been part of has the same problem on loop. Good clubs can't find good people, and good people have no idea the club that needs them even exists. ClubSport Connect is the fix.
I know what it's like to find the right club. I also know what it's like to have absolutely no idea where to look. This exists so you don't have to figure it out the hard way like I did.
This isn't just another jobs board. It's the platform I wish existed when I started coaching.
Advice, suggestions, wins and questions from coaches, volunteers and clubs, plus product offers from our partners. Free to post, profile required.
Five separate areas of support, not a fixed process. Use whichever ones fit what you actually need, on their own or together.
We run the whole process for you, shortlisting, screening and coordinating candidates for your open role, so you're only interviewing people who genuinely fit.
We help assemble your interview panel and build a tailored interview guide and scoring criteria around what your club actually needs.
For senior or hard-to-fill roles, we proactively approach and pitch suitable coaches on your behalf rather than waiting for applications.
We work with you to put your coaching approach into words, useful in interviews, and genuinely useful for your own clarity as a coach.
We help you build a coaching CV that actually communicates your experience and results to a club, not just a list of past teams.
Equipment, insurance, technology and services aimed at clubs, coaches and volunteers, not just a generic ad slot. A curated home for products actually relevant to community sport, alongside the same offers you'll see posted in the forum's Products & offers topic.
Partner placements sit here and in the forum's Products & offers topic, seen by coaches, volunteers and club committees actively looking.
